Good welcome, I just find it a shame that by having 2 king toys almost nearby that they don't know exactly their stock. Even though they tell us it's in the other and in the end they no longer have the item in the 2 stores.

Loyal customer of king toy, I only go to this store for my “toy” purchases. I am very disappointed with the attitude that I just observed during my visit. After having paid, I ask as an exception to access a toilet, being 9 months pregnant, normally, I would not have allowed myself to ask. I understand that the person I'm asking, who is very nice by the way, is ready to say yes, but asks another person, who is on their phone, for approval and replies "no, we have drainage problems, you have to go opposite to the bakery” I can understand that we do not give free access to the toilets but a minimum of kindness for customers, especially if they are loyal, who have their reason, would be welcome. I think I'll go somewhere else from now on.
